We wanted to give some fun facts and an insiders look into what a wedding day with us looks like!
~ We’re usually the first ones there and last to leave (other than the venue leads) to help coordinate everyone, double check, and confirm details of the day and set up everything.
~ Our typical wedding day lasts about 13 hours (sometime more!) with set up and clean up.
~ We typically walk around 6-7 miles per wedding day, sometimes more if it’s a bigger venue.
~ Typically are coordinating and communicating with a minimum of 6 other vendors (a lot of times closer to 8-10), plus the wedding party, couple, family, and the guests,
~ On average, we “problem-solve” about 3 things per wedding. Whether big orms,al or time-consuming, the client never knows.

~ You’ll see us with Starbucks in the morning, Chick-fil-a for lunch, and dinner through the caterer.
~ We use something from our emergency kit usually a minimum of 8 times a wedding.
~ We always have a minimum of 2 coordinators on-site during a wedding day, sometimes 3 depending on the logistics to make sure everything and everyone is taken care of!
