We get it, designing your wedding is very overwhelming, even if you’ve had a Pinterest board with ideas since you were 16 years old. Even if you know exactly what you want, it’s good to have some help in designing and visualizing your ideas in your venue. That’s where we come in, we offer many ways to lay out your design during the planning process so that your wedding day becomes the fairytale day you have always dreamed about, and does your Pinterest board proud!

One of the ways that we visually help our clients design their day is having venue walkthroughs during the planning process where we physically walk through their space and talk through the layout and flow of the evening. Talking through it inside your venue space adds another level of visualization and hands on experience to alleviate any questions or concerns you may have during planning.

A huge help that gets both us as wedding planners and our clients on the same page in terms of ideas, design, and floral arrangements are design boards. These help get our creative juices flowing, and makes sure everyone involved in the planning process are thinking the same things in terms of design and style. It also keeps ideas in one place so it is easy to come back to, or to show your florist an example of something you want in your wedding.
One of the hardest things to design and decide upon is your table layout and tableware. Don’t worry though, because we also can visit a rental showroom to physically choose and layout linens, chargers, flatware, napkins, and anything else you can think of. There are so many options to choose from, and we can go through all of them at these rental showrooms to visually see what you like and do not like.

Last, but definitely not least, lets focus on some florals. Talk about an absurd amount of options! Do you want more greenery, what color scheme, long stem or short stem, what kind of flowers do I want to use, the options feel literally endless. We love to take our clients to a wholesale flower market to check out different types of flowers and greenery to help our clients get a feel for what they will be holding and have decorating their event space. (Quick Tip- We also recommend bringing some color swatches of your bridesmaid dresses too!). Seeing the flowers up close and personal can help narrow down what colors, types, or textures they may want to use.
