Today, we’re excited to share some beautiful culinary displays from a couple of Charlotte’s finest catering companies! Cheré Velazquez of Queen City Catering and Olivia Elliot of Roots Catering have provided some insight into the most popular and delectable menu options they offer, but with a twist.

Not only are these menu options delicious, they challenge the norms of what fine dining should look like. Consider these culinary displays for an epic dining experience you’ll want to experience again and again.
