1. Create Seating Charts

Whether your seating chart is organized into neatly printed linen pages or a loose list of names, we can create a seating chart in a matter of minutes. We’ve written out countless names onto chalkboard signs, vintage window panes, and mirrors to create a professionally executed design element.
2. Write Welcome Signs
Stressed about a welcome sign? We can make your vision come to life if given the chance - be it paint, marker, chalk or a vinyl transfer - we can do it. We have an honorary calligrapher on our team, so any opportunity she gets to show off her skills is much appreciated.
3. Add Cake Florals
Our wedding coordinator Lydia LOVES using her creativity when it comes to cakes. Once your florist provides the cake flowers, she’ll work on creating the perfect floral adornment. These are just a couple of the beauties she’s decorated.
4. Bustle Dress
Before heading into introductions and your first dance, we take care of bustling your dress to perfection. We’ve handled American, French, Austrian, and other bustle sub-types so we’ve seen it all. We’ll also be there to help you out if it comes undone on the dance floor. A recent review from one of our beautiful brides says it all, “Caroline, from Mint To Be.. is pregnant and got down on all fours to bustle my dress!” Nothing stops us from making sure our clients are taken care of ;)

From years of working with so many different vendors, we’ve been blessed to witness their expertise and learn tips and tricks from them. If needed, we can help secure your veil throughout the day. Even if a storm appears and the wind sends it flying away mid-ceremony (true story), we’ll be there to catch it and put it back on!
6. Strap on Shoes
Wedding heels are gorgeous, but 9 times out of 10 they are tricky to put on and take off. Instead of having your mom or bridesmaids kneel on the ground to help you, just grab us! We believe our couples deserve the best day ever, but this also extends to your family and friends. We’ll take care of strapping your shoes on and off throughout your day so everyone can protect their dresses (and their manicures)!

Nobody plans for it, but sometimes a quick stitch is needed. A button pops off, the groom rips his pants, or your dress suffers a snag: these are all easily fixable with the help of our sewing kit. Every wedding day, we arrive equipped with our handy dandy emergency kit, filled with all the necessities for a successful day. No one will ever know about your day-of alterations!

Wedding days come with lots of expected (and unexpected) emotions and details. Overbearing family members, last minute changes, and pre-ceremony flutters can add up to one stressed bride if you let it.
