One of the biggest decisions to make when planning a wedding is the photography style you would like your day to be photographed with. There are so many different ways photographers can capture your day, so it’s great to really research around and see what types you do and do not like before it comes time to book your photographer. In this blog we’ll cover the most popular forms of photography styles that we see our clients’ book.
The first style we see a lot is a light & airy editing style. These pictures have a clean and elegant look to them; and seem a bit more timeless since they’re not seen as a fleeting trend. The light & airy editing style is more traditional as well, and is usually paired with more traditional posing, but can definitely include candid shots and black and white photos as well.

Another popular style is an earthy tone editing style. This gives your photos a more muted and neutral tint. This style looks really good when paired with a more rustic venue, like a barn setting.

Photographers also have different posing styles. Some photographers tend to capture more candid moments or let the bridal party have instructed candid moments. These can highlight personalities more, and can be a stunning way to remember your day and those a part of it.
