One thing that we see clients sometimes struggle with is the different songs they’re going to use throughout the day. This is the processional songs, all the different first dances, cake cutting, and whatever other elements of your day that need some background music. Sometimes the songs are the very last thing that our clients nail down because there are so many options and it can get overshadowed by some of the other planning aspects.

With all of that being said, we wanted to include some songs as a starting point or ideas for your wedding day!
Processional Music for bridal party, grandparents, and bride walking down the aisle:
Anything classical. The soundtrack to Bridgerton on Netflix is perfect for this. They take popular pop songs and turn them into beautiful classical music perfect for walking down the aisle. Guaranteed there’s some great Taylor Swift or Ed Sheeran songs to be used. For example, the instrumental version of Wildest Dreams by Taylor Swift is my all time favorite song to be used. Also Yellow by Coldplay is great, honestly any song you love that has a classical version is perfect! We have been seeing so many clients take this route of choosing a pop song they love and using the classical version for the processional! It keeps the traditional sense of walking down to instrumental music, but adding in a new modern element by using a pop song.
Stand by Me by Ben E. King. This one is a classic!
Speechless by Dan + Shay. A real tear jerker, perfect for the moment.
What a Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong. Also another classic!
Can’t Help Falling in Love by Hailey Reinhart. LOVE this one. Another tear jerker, but so beautiful for walking down the aisle!
Here Comes the Sun by the Beatles. Love this for grandparent’s walking down the aisle!
A Thousand Years Christina Perri. This one can be used original version or classical, it’s beautiful both ways.
Okay, so let’s talk about newly weds leaving their ceremony and those songs that can be used! It’s a different tempo, because these songs are used to get the party started going into cocktail hour and to celebrate that they’re walking back up the aisle as husband and wife.
This Will Be An Everlasting Love by Natalie Cole. This one is suse’s a lot and for good reason- it’s perfect for that mo,ent of walking back up the aisle after tying the knot.
Marry You by Bruno Mars. Love this one, also super upbeat and super fitting.
Island in the Sun by Wheezer. Crowd favorite, such good vibes!
Is This Love by Bob Marley. Also love this one!
Dreams By Fleetwood Mac. Talk about such great vibes! Also love this one.
How Sweet It Is, James Taylor. Also a great one!
