This summer we had the privilege of working with 10 amazing Charlotte based vendors to create this stunning styled shoot! The theme was bohemian style, but we wanted to incorporate colors that might not be typically associated with a boho theme. When we hear boho, we immediately think of rust, terracotta, and neutrals, but we wanted to spice it up by adding splashes of sunset colors! Our marketing manager, Lauren, created this design board and got the ball rolling!
Every aspect of this styled shoot surpassed our expectations and vision! it was so much fun to see how everything came to life, and how each vendor was able to express themselves through their creative visions as well.
Did we also mention that our models were our very own lead coordinator Lydia Newton and Split Second Sound’s DJ Jonah Pearl? Talk about such a fun time! We were all able to go in and try on dresses at Vow’d and suits at OMJ Clothing, which was so much fun to be able to hand pick different styles.

Next I want to talk about Lydia’s makeup and hair. Adrian from Lovely by Lindsey SLAYED this look. She took one look at the color scheme & after we told her she had complete creative freedom over everything, she came up with this stunning look that left us speechless.

Dizzy Daisy Designs created all of our stationery and signage that we used for this shoot. She used her style of water color and came up with these beautiful designs! They complimented everything perfectly.

Now let’s talk about the cake! The detail on this cake was incredible, and it was perfect in our design. Cakes by Carlee absolutely nailed it! She added those flowers in herself, and they really complimented the florals that Karen from Lily Greenthumbs provided!

For our bar we used a company that is fresh in the wedding industry scene called Bar Boujee. They are a completely customizable transportable bar that makes amazing cocktails! It was so fun to work with them and watch them tackle this industry!

On the topic of absolutely killing it, let’s talk about these STUNNING florals. I mean, come on! They were absolutely incredible, and tied in our whole theme perfectly! Lily Greenthumbs went so above and beyond it left us speechless to see them!

Lightbox Living Portraits brought these stunning images to life for us, and they are more beautiful than we could have imagined! Party Reflections let us hand pick our flatware, glassware, linens, and anything else we needed, and it pulled everything together perfectly. Lastly, the Downtown Warehouse was the most perfect (and stunning) venue that we could have picked for this styled shoot! We could not be more thankful to have been able to work with this amazing team of talented vendors, and could not be more proud of how our vision came to life!
